Since 2019, WPE has organized three international competitions each year for professional and amateur photographers, establishing itself as one of the most popular and comprehensive organizations on the global photography scene.
Our mission at WPE is to discover new talent and honor the achievements of outstanding photographers from around the world who believe their images can make a difference. Throughout the year, WPE brings together some of the strongest talents in the photography world through three international competitions and supports their achievements with a total of €6,000 in cash prizes.
At the end of the year, the Top 100 photographers in the ranking are honored with special crystal awards, giving consistent and outstanding talent the international recognition it deserves.
At the conclusion of the three competitions, the photographer with the highest overall score rises to the top of the season and is awarded the prestigious title and trophy of WPE World Cup Winner.
In addition, the photographs awarded 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each category of every competition are featured in WPE’s annual catalogue , becoming part of a lasting curated collection.
