I’m Nina and I’m a wedding photographer/videographer in the beautiful city of Sheffield. Originally from Canada, and I moved to the UK over 15 years ago.

When I’m not shooting weddings you’ll find me hiking in the Peak District. One of the things I love about Sheffield is being so close to the beautiful Peaks. It’s a welcome escape from the city centre and so convenient being only 10 minutes away! Since I do tend to go often, I have some favourite locations for sessions.

I couldn’t live without good food, my dogs (and my PlayStation!). I spend a lot of time planning future adventures and nothing makes me happier than travelling around the world and adding new stamps to my passport!

My love for creating and bringing art into the world is what got me into photography. I’ve been a professional photographer for 3 years but have been taking photographs for many years - and I absolutely love it.

As well as working with local actors to do their headshots, I was lucky enough to do sessions for both the reigning Miss Sheffield Galaxy 2018 and by former Miss Great Britain / Miss International UK!

I also produced a portrait and short film shoot for a successful local blogger in 2017, and in October 2018, I was commissioned to do an empowering portrait session celebrating Black History Month. The work was featured in 2 gallery exhibitions and on ITV which you can read about in my blog.
