Renato is currently living in the Netherlands.

His style of photography lies in the field of dreamy (animal) portraits. To capture the emotion of animals one has to know the behaviour. A lot of time is involved with spotting animals and building a relationship with them. Only then an animal will feel comfortable enough to display his natural behaviour and emotion.

Next to this, Renato can be found outdoors hiking to beautiful vantage points. Most of the time bringing his camera to capture the scene, preferably with a human element in the composition.

Accomplishments:
1. One of his black and white photo's was published in the (LFI) Leica photography International in 2020.
2. The Telegraaf, one of the largest newspapers of The
Netherlands published an animal photo in 2020.

Competitions: WPE awards 2021. This is the first ever competition he enters, exiting!
