I’m Arthur, a photographer serving the greater Metro Detroit area with over 25 years of experience and thousands of happy clients. My approach blends highly creative, artistic imagery with honest, documentary style storytelling, always focused on capturing your vision and the true atmosphere of your event.
I was born in the Soviet Union, where my journey into photography began early. My first teacher was my uncle, a military photographer, who taught me discipline, precision, and respect for the craft. I chose a different path, one that didn’t involve risking my life, but still stayed true to storytelling through images.
My first camera was a Zenit, and I learned photography the classic way, shooting on film and mastering light, timing, and patience long before the digital era. That foundation continues to shape how I see and photograph the world today.
When I’m not behind the camera, I love traveling with my wife and exploring national parks. I’m an animal lover and share my home with five pets. I’m also a tea addict and enjoy discovering new blends while getting cozy with a good book.
