Claire Leguillochet is a French wedding photographer born in Paris and based in Guadeloupe, in the French Caribbean, where she has photographed weddings since 2004.
Her work combines documentary spontaneity, graphic composition and a distinctive approach to Caribbean light. She is particularly drawn to genuine human interactions, movement and the visual tension created when emotion, geometry and light converge within an unscripted moment.
Her wedding photography has received five international distinctions at the WPE Awards, including three Silver Awards and two Bronze Awards.
In 2019, she also received the Prix de la Conscience at the French National Bar Council's photography competition C'est N&B !, chaired by photographer Bettina Rheims, for her photograph Marianne.
Alongside photography, Claire pursued a legal career and trained at the Strasbourg Bar School. This multidisciplinary background has shaped her attention to people, detail and human stories.
Based in Guadeloupe, she photographs weddings throughout the French Caribbean, mainland France and selected international destinations.
