Rareș Besliu was born in 1979, in Romania. He’s an economist, entrepreneur and a nature photographer. He’s the author of the photographic album “Longing for Viscri”, a book about the beauty of life in a Transylvanian village. He graduated from the New York Institute of Photography, the Nature & Landscape class, and in 2021 he was one of the winners of the Romania Now competition. His photographs have been published in National Geographic.
